Will my child always have the same tutor?
Yes — this is our core promise. Every student is matched with one dedicated tutor who stays with them for the duration of their programme. We only change tutors in exceptional circumstances, and always with plenty of notice and a proper handover.
How does the free trial session work?
Every new student gets a free 45-minute trial session with their matched tutor. It's a chance to meet, assess the current level, and decide if it's a good fit — no payment, no commitment required.
Are sessions online or in person?
All standard sessions are online via Zoom or Google Meet, which means students can learn from anywhere. In-person sessions may be available in certain areas — contact us to ask.
What qualifications do your tutors have?
All our tutors are junior doctors or dentists who have completed or are completing their MBChB or BDS at a UK medical school. They achieved top grades at GCSE and A-Level and have verified tutoring experience.
Can sessions be recorded?
Yes, recordings are available on request at no extra cost. Just let your tutor know at the start of the session.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at 50% of the session rate.
Do you offer Arabic-language tutoring?
Yes — several of our tutors are fluent Arabic speakers and can deliver sessions fully in Arabic. This is popular with students from Egypt, UAE, and Saudi Arabia. Contact us to request an Arabic-speaking tutor.
